At STUFF'D Cookies, we believe the best cookies are big, gooey, loaded with flavour, and made to bring people together.

I'm Heather Thiessen, the owner and baker behind STUFF'D Cookies, a small-batch cookie business based in Abbotsford, BC.

Growing up in a Mennonite family in the Fraser Valley, food was always at the centre of everything. Family gatherings around the table, homemade baking, and showing love through feeding people well were simply part of life. STUFF'D was born from that same idea — homemade comfort, elevated.

Originally founded with my cousin Rebecca, STUFF'D began with a shared love for baking, creativity, and really good desserts. Today, I'm continuing to grow the business with that same passion, one ridiculously good cookie at a time.

Inspired by nostalgic desserts, retro diner vibes, and over-the-top gourmet cookies, I create cookies that feel fun, indulgent, and impossible to forget. Every cookie is made from scratch with quality ingredients, baked fresh, and packed with all the good stuff.

From our classic Brown Butter Chocolate Chip to creative seasonal flavours and stuffed creations, our signature 5-ounce cookies aren't your average sweet treat.

What started as a fun idea has quickly become something much bigger, thanks to the incredible support of our local community. You'll find STUFF'D at our Saturday pop-ups in Abbotsford, local markets, and community events. We also offer online pre-orders, cookie boxes, and corporate gifting.

Whether you're picking up a box to share, treating yourself after a long week, or discovering your new favourite flavour, I hope every STUFF'D cookie brings a little joy to your day.
